About the Role
As Head of Sustainability, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sustainability strategy. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, build innovative solutions, and establish 4C as a thought leader in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading our Sustainability Practice strategy.
- Lead and manage client programmes, guiding them through ESG reporting frameworks such as TCFD and GHG Protocol.
- Embedding sustainability into 4C and client business processes for long-term impact.
- Building strong client relationships and representing 4C at industry forums.
- Driving business development through innovative service offerings.
About You
We’re seeking a strategic leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation.
Your profile:
- Expertise in ESG frameworks, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams and inspiring action.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful transformation in complex environments.
- Change management expertise.
- Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills.
- Relevant sustainability qualifications and multi-industry consulting experience are highly desirable.
