We are looking for energy procurement experts ready to make a real impact!
4C Associates is on the lookout for two individuals to join the team. We are looking for a strategic manager to lead energy sourcing workstreams for a major infrastructure client and a consultant with energy expertise to support this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on complex projects that drive cost savings, resilience, and sustainability for major players in the sector.
What You’ll Do
Lead energy procurement from strategy through execution – you own the workstream.
Analyse energy markets, forecast trends, and shape data-driven sourcing strategies.
Negotiate high-value energy contracts, from sleeving, PPAs to renewable options.
Guide a small, high-performing team and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Champion sustainability initiatives within the procurement strategy and process.
Keep compliance and reporting spot on, with a sharp eye on value and performance.
About You - Skills Sought
Proven experience in energy procurement consulting or energy / infrastructure / regulated sectors.
Deep knowledge of energy markets, supply contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement skills.
Team management and coaching experience is desirable.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
