HR Business Partner
If you are interested in joining one of the UK's fastest growing consultancies we want to hear from you!
4C Associates is one of the UKs leading management consultancy firms. We specialise in procurement, cost transformation, process improvement and analytics, supporting a diverse range of businesses in the private, public and life sciences sector. We engage with blue chip clients to undertake major transformation projects using our innovative approach and high calibre talent.
Our HR Director (Sally Riley if you want to look her up) is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team at 4CA. You will partner and support people leaders and managers across the full spectrum of people activities. We’ll rely on you to develop effective, trusted partner status with our team and our sister companies, own and run well-structured HR projects, translate employment legislation into practical solutions, and coach managers to deliver a great employment experience for our people. You’ll act as our HRD’s number two – providing a sounding board and acting as someone who is truly motivated to make the right things happen. You’ll also help to develop our HR Coordinator into the excellent HR professional she’s destined to be (she’s pretty great all ready, but she needs someone to learn from and who can act as her sounding board).
