We are seeking a Manager with expertise in Consumer Products to join our Retail and Consumer consulting team. You will lead and develop projects across the R&C practice, shaping the service offering to deliver measurable value to clients.
The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end client engagements across Retail & Consumer, managing project teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll also help grow our offering through thought leadership, business development, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Retail & Consumer consulting engagements and client delivery
Deliver procurement, change and transformation projects
Drive procurement excellence and operating model improvements
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Support business development and thought leadership initiatives
Coach and develop team members
Contribute to growth of the Retail & Consumer practice
About You
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
Experience in the retail and consumer sector, ideally across consumer products, is essential
Procurement and strategic sourcing expertise
Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
A blend of consulting and industry experience is desirable but not essential.
